Ace designer Archana Kochhar presented a spectacular collection called “Melange” at India Fashion week Dubai 2015.
Melange is build on Archana story as a jetsetter travelling to different cities of India for her Bridal Trousseau. We all know that Archana started her journey with the city that never sleeps “Mumbai” which is the fashion hub of India and city to glitz and glamour of Bollywood . Here , she is enthused by the beauty of the night and the lights which is reflected in her collection by the use of the hues black .
She then travels to the pink city of India “ Jaipur ” where she is stirred by the coral pink color around the city and the palaces. The use of the coral pink color and the ghungroos in the collection is derived from the vision of the beautiful city of Rajasthan. Ghungroos is one the 5 arts that Archana is promoting from the “Make in India” campaign as chosen by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for her to revive.
The final destination for her trousseau is “Goa” where the inspiration is extracted from the scenic aqua blue beaches and sea, the soft breeze and the sunkiss ambiance which is uplifting and refreshing. The collection routes in fresh mint and aqua blue color palettes with fluid sheer fabrics which is perfect for the destination wedding .
Celebrity designer Archana Kochhar show was just spectacular and one of the best show at the India Fashion week Dubai. Show was opened with Actor Vikram Singh and Bollywood Actress Ravishing Celina Jaitley was the showstopper for the Designer who looked incredible in Archana Kochhar latest collection .
